Family Care
Start with the person’s approval.
The planned launch process begins with an adult who can review and sign for themselves.
1. Discuss the arrangement
Family Care is intended for adults age 18 or older who can authorize their own care coordination. The initial release will not enroll minors or accept a representative signing in place of the assisted person.
2. Request approval by email
After initial setup, the caregiver will send an email invitation to the assisted person. They will review the agreement and approve in a browser, without needing to download the app. Care information must not be entered before approval.
3. Bring trusted people together
After approval and activation, invite Care Circle members and agree on responsibilities and access. The assisted person may choose delegates and will be notified of membership changes.
4. Make an everyday plan
Coordinate appointments, rides, tasks, and conversations. Review responsibilities together as needs change.
Release readiness
These approval and control workflows are planned release requirements. They must be implemented and verified before outside testing with real care information. Current private testing uses fictional information.
